Who is Menzies Engineering Group?

History

Principal Engineer & Company President Scot Menzies started his career performing materials lab and field testing in Juneau as a teenager in the early 1980’s with R&M Consultants, Inc. In 1988, Scot began his work for the Alaska DEC's Ketchikan office as an Environmental Engineer working in regulation of water, wastewater, solid waste, air and water quality, and oil spills. In 1990, he joined R&M Engineering-Ketchikan, Inc. as a staff engineer and left in 2008, after serving as president and principal. At that time, he established his own firm in Ketchikan, Menzies Engineering Group. He expanded his office in Spring of 2015 to include Eric Bowles as Senior Engineering Technician, and Rebekka Esbjornson in Fall of 2016 as Office Manager and Bookkeeper.
